A pretty nice place. The workers were friendly and helpful. We bought 3 pair of shoes and a pair of socks for under $100. The shoes were all on the clearance rack.

Lots of high-quality shoes at a discount. To get a double discount, go to their clearance racks. I did, and the first pair I looked at in my odd shoe size was the best pair of running shoes I’ve ever had. If I’d tried to buy those Mizunos at a runners’ store they would have been far more expensive. Their shoes still cost more than Wal Mart shoes, but there’s a good reason for that. The shelves are low, no higher than waist high, which gives the store a nice open feel instead of the claustrophobic feel of some stores. Good service, and watch for coupons.

First time shopping here. Found myself a $20 pair of size 13 Converse in the clearance section in the back. They have a ton of shoes here and for a good price. Everything from dress shoes to flip-flops. Shoes for toddlers, kids, men and women.

Had some shoes on hold from another store, got there to pick up and found that they were not the correct style. In stead of sending me on my way, the two young ladies took the time time to physically look for them. They found them in a different spot. Went home happy. That kind of service is rare these days.

I found three perfect pairs of shoes, which was more than I thought I would find. The total would’ve been $178, but fortunately there was a coupon on the website and my mom had a $5 coupon, making the total ~$150. And after I bought everything using my mom’s coupon and phone number, it then gave her a $10 coupon! Worked out perfectly.

Emma was the best! Went there to get ideas for wedding shoes and she was genuinely excited to help me! She told me her honest opinion an also convinced me to go with a nude look. 10/10 for fashion sense and enthusiasm! LOVE HER!

This is the DSW your looking for, it just moved here. The store lights are very bright. You will be able to see everything as you try on shoes. You will also see just how clean the store is. Staff are young and they won't exactly jump for the chance to assist you even if you are the only person in the store. But they are quick with a smile and will stop what they are doing to assist.

I visited this store over the weekend to purchase a pair of mens Bearclaw shoes. I was amazed at the level of customer service that I received from the minute I walked in the door. The box of shoes I was purchasing was apparently a return from Christmas, as it still contained a To/From Christmas tag in the box. Sounding like a cheapskate I asked for a discount, but was really not expecting one as this was a simple over-site. I was graciously apologized to and did receive a discount. Cudos to both Josh and Jacob on displaying "Taking Care of the Customer" leadership. P.S. Ernie, I hope you returned these for a different size because they sure are comfortable!
